A Guide for the Times
Energetically, there’s much happening on our planet. You all feel it, you all sense it, you may even see it. We are in a time out of time, a threshold between the past and the future, that is causing people to either elevate in consciousness or sink deeper into the marshy matrix with no real exit strategy. We have all made our decision as far as how we want this experience to go. And it all comes down to our focus. What we give our energy to is how we will watch this moment unfold.
Many of you are experiencing an upheaval of some sort particularly in relationships but it can certainly pertain to any area of life. As I mentioned in my previous post about the Barbault Basket, we are all having individuated experiences thanks to this one Universal Year. So how do we navigate these challenging times? Here’s a list of suggestions that I received from my Guides:
Stay optimistic. Even if it isn’t your default. Even when it’s difficult. Tell yourself, “it’s all working out best case scenario” or “I’m so grateful everything is working out perfectly!” This will help to shift you energetically to a higher octave. This will build trust with the process. Keep practicing!
“Stop worryin’, start scurryin’.” I was given this by one of my Guides a few weeks ago but it keeps popping up. STOP WORRYING. It corrupts your system like a virus corrupts your computer. It’s outdated software.
Ask for an anchor. If you are having a hard time, ask your Guides to give you an anchor, some sort of sign (like a penny on the ground, or a bird feather, or a song, etc.) and by seeing this sign it helps you to anchor back into the self so your energies aren’t so scattered.
Pay extra attention to the animal symbols. I’ve been seeing alot of animals who shed - snakes, spiders, centipedes- way more than usual, and of course this could be because it’s summer here where I am. But it is also because I personally am shedding old beliefs. I’m stepping into a new fresh version of self. What are the animals saying to you? If you see a particular animal alot, hear stories about them, or find something dealing with them (like snake skin, a bird nest, egg shell, one who has passed away, etc.) pay extra attention to what they are saying to you. Nature is resilient, and it’s always speaking to us. They have their own language.
Give fear the finger. Fear steals way more from us than we care to admit. Fear of outcomes, fear of rejection - sometimes we won’t even try something because fear stops us in our tracks. I challenge all of you reading this to try ONE thing this week, even if it’s small, that you’ve always wanted to try but never did because of fear. Ask your crush out to coffee. Apply for a job you’re not technically qualified for. The worst they can say is no, but it will build your confidence to keep going. This also will help you to shift your reality from one of fear and density to one of opportunity.
Switch up your negative self concept. Speaking kindly to ourselves doesn’t make us narcissists. Many of us have a broken relationship with ourselves, and it reflects out into our relationships with others. It sets us up for failure. Many of my clients are currently repairing the relationship with themselves and the first step to healing it is changing our inner dialogue. You are critical of the one person who has gotten you through all of your bad days, challenges, traumas - YOU. Give yourself a break! Shifting our mindset takes time. And it isn’t just about complimenting ourselves - its about seeing ourselves clearly. It’s about recognizing the absolute fact that you have every right to be here and take up space. You have a place, a purpose, a meaning, a value and you are LOVE EMBODIED IN HUMAN FORM.
