Kathy Maxwell
Kathy Maxwell is an integrative wellness practitioner, gut health expert, and guide for women seeking deep, sustainable transformation. Blending the wisdom of nature with functional science, Kathy helps clients reconnect with their bodies, reset their metabolism, and restore balance from the inside out.
With a background in holistic nutrition, lifestyle medicine, and functional testing, she specializes in uncovering root causes of weight loss resistance, low energy, and sleep disruption—then empowers clients with personalized tools to support cellular healing and vitality.
Kathy’s work is intuitive, grounded, and deeply nurturing. Whether she’s guiding a tea ceremony, leading a workshop on metabolic health, or preparing a nutrient-dense lunch with love, she brings a sense of presence and purpose to everything she does. Her approach honors both evidence and intuition—reminding others that healing isn’t about perfection, but about reconnection.
Rebecca Jaffe
Energy is everything, and everything is energy. Nervous system regulation, spiritual hygiene and emotional health are just as essential for our well being as physical and mental health. Our Internal dialogue could stand an upgrade. Yet it often times is neglected, or people are unfamiliar as to what it looks like. Meet Rebecca Jaffe, aka Akashic Bec! Bec will teach students about it’s importance as well as ways to incorporate it into your daily practice to give you vitality, clarity and integration.
Professionally, Rebecca is a spiritual mentor, psychic intuitive and channel of the Akashic Records for beautiful souls all over the world. Her resume also includes trauma trained CBT coach, hypnotherapist, past life regressionist, Qi Gong Instructor Level I, Reiki III Master and Emotion Code/Body Code Practitioner. She is passionate about teaching, especially her favorite modality - Numerology - which she has studied for over 20 years.
Her mission is to help others achieve balance and innerstanding; to live a fuller, more intentional life; give clarity to their spiritual path and purpose; live presently with emotional and energetic regulation. Rebecca lives in the Memphis, TN area but is excited to be coming to Florida for this amazing workshop!
Sarah Crowder
Sarah Crowder is a clairvoyant, hypnotist, and intuitive guide who specializes in helping others connect with their Higher Self to receive the clarity, healing, and messages their soul most needs. Sarah blends Dolores Cannon’s powerful hypnosis method with her own intuitive gifts, creating a safe and nurturing space for deep transformation.
With a natural ability to channel messages and bridge the seen and unseen worlds, Sarah supports clients in exploring past lives, life between lives, and the wisdom of their soul’s journey. Whether guiding group meditations, holding sacred ceremonies, or facilitating one-on-one sessions, her work is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and the belief that we each carry the answers within us.
Sarah also co-creates immersive healing events in her coastal Florida community, weaving together sound baths, guided journeys, hypnosis, and energy clearing to awaken inner magic and restore balance.
