Our Internal Magic Workshop Agreement

The following is an agreement and understanding between the participant (the person signing the document) and the instructors (Sarah Crowder, Kathy Maxwell and Rebecca Jaffe) in regards to the workshop event being held November 15, 2025 in Santa Rosa Beach Florida, 10am-4pm. Participant must sign this agreement in order to attend the event and ask questions if there is a part of the agreement that is not fully understood.

• Participant understands and agrees that this workshop is meant to be educational, entertaining and informative. It is not intended to replace the advice given to participants from their medical doctors, therapists, or other personal healthcare professionals or their personal spiritual consultants. Take what resonates, leave what doesn’t.

• Participant understands that they are attending this of their own free will and are allowed to leave freely at any time if they so please.

• Participant agrees to disclose any major health concerns or conditions they have to the instructors (in confidence) so as to be mindful of any needs the participant may have that would keep them from continuing with the workshop.

• Participant agrees to share any dietary restrictions (allergies, sensitivity, etc.) to the instructors and understands they do not have to partake in the dining experience provided if they do not wish to.

• Participant understands they have the free will to not participate in any of the activities that are planned by the instructors if they do not wish to participate.

• Participant agrees to and understands the amount of the workshop is two hundred and twenty two dollars ($222.00) US currency and they will not be receiving a refund the day of the event or at any time after the event has been completed, even if participant is displeased with their experience at the event.

• Participant agrees to be respectful and mindful of other participants and instructors before, during and after the event. This includes respect of other participants personal items, personal space and boundaries. No vulgar, violent or lewd language or behavior is permitted. No alcohol or recreational drugs are permitted at the workshop.

• Participant understands and agrees that they are at least 18 years of age and if a minor person (under the age of 18) is attending they will be accompanied by an adult.

• Participant understands that the instructors are not responsible for any injury that occurs at the workshop and if injury does occur participant will be taken to the nearest hospital or minor medical facility.

• Participant understands that should there be a cancellation of the event (act of God, emergency, etc.) that the event will be rescheduled for a later date. Your fee for the workshop will either be refunded or it can be held as your reservation for the later date and time of the event.

• Participant understands that their fee must be paid prior to the event in order to attend.

• Participant understands that they are responsible for their own transportation to and from the event.

• No video recording is allowed of the instructors or class other than the photographers/videographers provided.

• Participant will inform the instructors as to whether they give permission to take their photo that will be used for social media and marketing purposes.

• Participants are allowed to take photos with permission of other participants during the class. Participants are allowed to take photos of the instructors during the class. Please tag the instructors if posted to social media.

I, participant, of sound mind and body, fully understand, comprehend and agree to this workshop agreement and will abide by the rules stated within. I agree that I am signing this form as myself and not a third party. I am at least 18 years of age.
